At the Georgia Game Changers premiere on June 29, 2025, aired by WSB Channel 2, Ms. Von Tran was moved to share these words:
“This isn’t just a story about me; it is a victory for the whole First Senior Center family and a proud milestone for the Vietnamese community in America. This moment signifies that our hard work and contributions are being seen and truly valued. It shows that as Vietnamese people, we are creating meaningful change in the U.S. and making lives better, while still keeping our heritage and roots alive to blend beautifully with our lives here.
Most importantly, I am so thankful for everyone who has stood by First Senior Center to serve our seniors—who are such a precious connection for us all.
I want to share this joy and Vietnamese pride with everyone. Thank you to all the elders, aunties, uncles, and friends for your constant support of First Senior Center and for being part of this journey.
